GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before making any reservation.

 

Booking and payment conditions


1. Following the sending of your request by email or from our quote request form, an initial estimate will be sent to you.

2. Upon acceptance of this by telephone or by email, a proper quote will be sent to you by our team.

3. Your reservation will only be valid upon receipt of the quote signed by our team.
4. The payment terms will be according to the conditions mentioned in our confirmation email.
5. You may be asked for a deposit ranging from 50 to 100% of the total amount of the estimate.

 

Cancelation


Cancellation from 10 days to 72 hours before the service: 25% of the planned amount

Cancellation from 72 hours to 48 hours before the service: 50% of the planned amount

Cancellation – 48 hours before: 100% of the amount


Supplements or contract modification


4. Supplements such as possible overtime, kilometers, expenses, are added to the invoice after estimation by our services.
5. The extension of the current service can only be carried out with our agreement in order to respect the schedules of other missions.

 

General conditions


6. The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes VAT 10%.
7. In the event of a dispute, the Paris court shall have sole jurisdiction.
8. Any delay in payment defined in our estimate will be increased by 10% per month of delay. All bailiff fees and litigation services will be paid by the customer.
9. In order to optimize its services, its rates and meet its obligations, the TCS company, being part of an inter-company group, can offer its partners' vehicles, of a similar or higher category in terms of equipment or seating. The drivers, with whom we are in contact during the mission, have a mission order established by Trans Car Service, which remains your only contact before, during and until the end of the service.
10. For planning reasons, vehicles and driver(s) are definitively allocated to the services the day before the service.
11. Differences from the photos provided for minibuses and coaches such as the colour and make of the vehicle are possible, as well as a replacement vehicle upgraded in equipment and number of seats at no extra cost.

12. For any travel outside your geographical area (outside the department of departure or a neighboring department), a list of passengers present in the vehicle will be requested, in accordance with French legislation on the transport of people.

 

General conditions of use


The customer or company signing the contract undertakes to inform the passengers of the vehicle(s) of these conditions and will be held legally and financially responsible in the event of failure to comply with them:

  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle;

  • The driver is instructed to scrupulously respect road regulations;

  • The customer agrees to maintain a correct attitude, not to consume narcotics, not to get drunk. Any damage to the vehicle will be invoiced to him.

  • It is forbidden to smoke, eat, shout, stand up (while walking) in vehicles;

  • Only the driver opens the vehicle doors. Any untimely opening by the customer causing damage will be his legal and financial responsibility;

  • No animals are accepted in vehicles except with prior agreement;

  • The bringing of drinks and food is prohibited without prior agreement;

  • During a long stop, the driver can move the vehicle for lunch/dinner or to park; he returns 10 minutes before your scheduled return and can be reached at any time on his mobile;

  • The timetables are given for information purposes only and are subject to traffic hazards or unforeseeable events such as strikes, accidents, etc.

 

The driver may interrupt the mission at any time if the client does not respect these conditions without possible compensation or reimbursement.
